Founding Director of Enterprise Sales

The Role

We are looking for our first dedicated Sales hire to act as the tip of the spear for our revenue growth. This is a rare "player-coach" opportunity: you will start as a hands-on, quota-carrying individual contributor closing high-ticket consulting and implementation deals. As you prove out our sales motion and generate revenue, you will lay the operational foundation to scale the team, with the expectation of growing into a senior leadership role.

If you have a strong rolodex of Enterprise/Mid-Market IT leaders, a deep understanding of the SAP, AI & Cloud ecosystems, and the entrepreneurial grit to build a sales engine from scratch, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Immediate Revenue: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will actively sell our AI strategy, implementation, and advisory services to Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
• Leverage Your Network: Utilize your existing rolodex of C-Suite executives, and IT decision-makers to build an immediate pipeline.
• Build the Sales Foundation: Design and implement scalable sales operations from the ground up. This includes setting up CRM disciplines, defining our sales methodology, creating pitch materials, and establishing reliable forecasting processes.
• Maximize Partnerships: Work closely with our existing partner teams at SAP and Google Cloud to co-sell, generate referrals, and navigate complex ecosystem deals. We also need to expand the partner network across other AI platforms.
• Shape the Product/Service: Act as the voice of the customer. Feed market insights back to our delivery and leadership teams to help refine our AI offerings.
• Grow into Leadership: Document your winning strategies into playbooks and, as the company scales, hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, specifically selling complex IT services, consulting, or enterprise software (SaaS).
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the SAP ecosystem, AI technologies and the hyper-scaler ecosystems. Previous experience selling AI, data, or digital transformation solutions is a massive plus.
• Established Network: An active, existing rolodex of Enterprise and Mid-Market tech leaders who trust you.
• Builder Mentality: You are highly organized and operational. You don't just know how to use a CRM; you know how to build the processes around it. You thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
• Consultative Approach: You excel at solution selling. You can navigate complex organizations, identify deep business pain points, and map them to strategic technological solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate highly technical AI concepts into clear business ROI for C-level executives.
